Eugenio Macaluso is the Executive Vice President of Sales at UNICAT Catalyst Technologies, LLC. In this role, he leads global sales, driving the company's efforts to provide innovative catalyst solutions to the refining, petrochemical, ammonia, and gas processing industries.
Eugenio earned his Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from “Politecnico di Torino” in Italy and began his career with ExxonMobil, gaining valuable experience in various technical roles.
Before joining UNICAT in 2018 as Regional Sales Director, Eugenio worked for major catalyst companies like Johnson Matthey and BASF, further developing his technical and sales experience in various managerial roles.

When possible UNICAT is also flexible in offering the option to work remotely and in fact, most of technical and sales resources spread out all over the world, are home based. I personally find this option very efficient and convenient as it offers a better work-family balance, especially for people frequently exposed to international travelling.
