UNICAT AFS Series is a licensed technology. AFS grading solutions have been successfully installed in more than 500 applications.

AFS Unique Features

- Available from 10 mesh to 50 mesh filter patterns in most sizes providing exceptional flexibility in design.
- Available with active Surface Area exceeding 60 M2/g to 110 M2/g so it can be used as catalyst substrate while maintaining filtration capability.

HT-75
UNICAT's HT-75 is a Standard Surface Area CoMo, hydro-treating catalyst for hydrodesulfurization of natural gas, off-gas, heavy gas, light liquid hydrocarbon services with 1 -500 ppm sulfur range. HT-75 is specialty suited for Ammonia, Hydrogen, methanol SynGas plants that have NG type feedstock.
HT-75HSA
UNICAT's HT-75HSA is an Ultra High Surface Area CoMo, hydro-treating catalyst for hydrodesulfurization of natural gas, off-gas, heavy gas, light liquid hydrocarbon services with 1 -500 ppm sulfur range and a specific need for COS hydrolysis. HT-75HSA is specialty suited for Ammonia, Hydrogen, methanol SynGas plants that have NG with COS.
HT-76
UNICAT's HT-76 is a standard, NiMo based, hydrotreating catalyst for use in all types of hydroprocessing and hydro-cracking operations where there is a need for olefin saturation or higher activity at lower temperatures than are typical for CoMo based catalyst.
HT-85
UNICAT's HT-85 is a High Activity CoMo hydro-treating catalyst for hydro-desulfurization of Vaporized Naphtha, light liquid hydrocarbons such as Kerosene, Butanes or propanes services with 100-700 ppm sulfur range. It is specialty suited for Ammonia, Hydrogen, methanol Syn-Gas plants that have use high sulfur feedstocks or in refineries for LSR NHT applications.
HT-96
UNICAT's HT-96 is a standard, NiMo based, hydrotreating catalyst for use in all types of hydroprocessing and hydro-cracking operations where there is a need for olefin saturation or higher activity at lower temperatures than are typical for CoMo based catalyst.
NSR-131
UNICAT's NSR-131 is a high surface area catalyst designed specifically for the removal of silicon from fed streams to protect high activity downstream catalyst materials. NSR-131 provides exceptional Si uptake capacity and can be used in all hydrotreating applications as well as other fixed bed applications where protection from silicon is required.
KG-8
UNICAT's KG-8 is high uptake capacity As trap catalyst designed specifically for maximum as uptake capacity. Using a high Ni content, KG-8, removes As while also providing hydrogenation activity.
HT-50R
UNICAT's HT-50R is our series of inert alumina hollow cylinder grading materials. HT-50R rings provide high void space and graded size transitions for the top bed filtration systems of fixed bed reactors.
Inert Catalyst Support
Densimax
UNICAT's Densimax ceramic support series are inert support balls for general purpose grading applications in the top and bottom of reactor vessels at refineries, chemical facilities, and SynGas plants. Densimax is available in six standard sizes with specialty sizes produced upon request. Densimax has high crush strength due to its chemistry and its uniform spherical shape which permits a high stress distribution.
