Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, curious and solutions-focused problem solver to help transform the way our HR function works. This is not a traditional HR administration role — HR experience is not essential. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about technology, AI, automation, data and finding better ways to do things.
Working closely with our Group Director of HR & Development, you’ll identify inefficiencies, challenge existing processes and introduce practical technology-driven solutions that save time, improve accuracy and enhance the employee experience. If you’re the kind of person who sees a repetitive task and immediately thinks “there must be a better way”, we’d love to hear from you.
This role could suit someone from an IT, Business Systems, Data, Operations, Process Improvement or Digital Transformation background who wants to apply their skills in a people-focused environment. We’ll provide the HR knowledge, you bring the technology mindset.
What you’ll be doing
Over your first six months, you’ll play a key role in modernising our HR function by:
Automating and streamlining processes
Improving systems, data and reporting
Driving digital transformation and continuous improvement
What we’re really looking for
You don’t need previous HR experience. We’re much more interested in how you think, solve problems and use technology to make things better.
You’ll bring strong IT and systems skills, a genuine interest in AI, automation and digital transformation, and the ability to learn, configure and optimise software and platforms. You’ll be analytical and naturally curious, with a talent for spotting inefficiencies, understanding data and turning problems into practical solutions.
Just as importantly, you’ll be confident working with people at all levels, able to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues and comfortable challenging existing processes in a constructive way. Above all, you’ll have a “there must be a better way” mindset and a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
It would be great if you also have experience in:
