Location: Dewsbury (Fully On-Site)
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm | Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a Commercial & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in Dewsbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in commercial administration, pricing, supply chain or procurement who enjoys working with data, supporting business operations, and collaborating across departments.

You'll play a key role in supporting commercial activities, maintaining accurate business data, preparing product quotations, and helping ensure our supply chain processes run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing product costings, quotations and pricing information.
• Supporting commercial and supply chain administration.
• Maintaining accurate data within ERP/MRP systems.
• Producing reports and assisting with commercial performance analysis.
• Monitoring contract renewals and maintaining contract records.
• Liaising with internal teams to coordinate commercial and operational activities.
• Supporting inventory and procurement data updates.
• Identifying data discrepancies and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Helping improve internal processes and maintaining high standards of data accuracy.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a commercial, supply chain, procurement, pricing or sales support role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ERP or MRP systems is desirable.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with a range of internal stakeholders.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
