Key Responsibilities

  • Adhering to Health and Safety Guidelines.
  • Following Set Processes and Procedures.
  • Flexible Approach to Various Manual and Technical Tasks.
  • Operating a variety of Production Machinery.
  • Loading and unloading production machinery – various manual tasks.
  • All operatives will be trained and become qualified to operate a counterbalance forklift.
  • Other training will include learning how to operate a variety of different mixing, moulding, and kiln equipment at the site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in production or a similar environment
  • Hard-Working, self-motivated attitude.
  • Some flexibility due to the shift pattern.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Basic literacy skills
