SR-110

a high surface area zinc oxide adsorbent for the removal of H2S and light mercaptans in medium temperature applications. Optimum temperature operating range is 400 to 752o F (400o C) which typically provides the best value under most operating conditions.

SR-110CX

an ultra-high porosity; high surface area zinc oxide adsorbent for the desulfurization of natural gas, off-gas, and other light hydrocarbon feed stocks in low temperature applications. Temperature operating range is ambient to 750o F (400o C).

SR-111

ian ultra-high density, ultra-high purity zinc oxide adsorbent for the desulfurization of natural gas, light naphtha, off-gas, and other light hydrocarbon feedstocks. Temperature operating range is 550 to 7500 F (2880 C to 3990 C)

SR-112DMP

a mixed metal oxide, high surface area zinc oxide and MnO2 based adsorbent for the desulfurization of natural gas, light naphtha, off-gas, and other light hydrocarbon feedstocks in low temperature applications. Temperature operating range is ambient to 2500 F.

SR-115CR

a reduced state, MnO based catalyst for very high temperature, H2S desulfurization applications that are above the recommended temperature for traditional ZnO based sulfur removal catalysts. In the presence of hydrogen, SR-115CR can also hydrolyze COS and hydro-convert RSH into H2S, while actively removing the H2S. The primary uses for SR-115CR are platformer recycle gas and reformer sulfur guard applications. Additionally, SR-115CR can be used in LPG, NHT, natural gas and other hydrocarbon purification applications.

SR-116

a MnO based product for desulphurization application where removal of H2S, RSH and COS is required. In the presence of H2, SR-116 can hydrolysis COS and RSH into H2S and actively remove the H2S with MnO. It comes as active MnO only. The product also comes in two sizes of 4 mm and mini 2.5 mm. Primarily the application is for platformer recycle gas, reformer sulfur guard, LPG, NHT, Natural Gas, and other hydrocarbon purification applications. Temperature range is ambient to 850 F preferably.

TSR-121E

a next generation enhanced type of the original UNICAT Proprietary low temperature desulphurization catalyst TSR-121 which uses CuCO3 & ZnCO3 technology for maximum H2S absorption in ambient conditions. TSR-121E has been modified with a new binder to increase density, strength, absorption capacity and most importantly water resistance. It is also shape optimized for maximum geometric packed surface area. TSR-121E can be used in natural gas, light HC liquid desulphurization applications where removal of H2S, COS, CS2 and light RSH. It has a maximum capacity of >24-28 wt% H2S at ambient conditions.

TSR-120

a new, proprietary, low temperature desulfurization catalyst with CuCO3 & ZnCO3 technology for maximum H2S absorption from CO2 rich gas streams at ambient temperature. TSR-120 can also be used in natural gas or liquid, light HC feed stocks, where the removal of H2S, COS, and CS2 is required. TSR-120 has a maximum capacity of > 18 – 20 wt% H2S at ambient conditions.

TSR-122E

is its next generation (“E” for enhanced version) of the original Unicat proprietary, low temperature desulfurization catalyst TSR-122, which utilizes high concentration CuCO3 technology for maximum H2S, COS and RSH absorption at ambient conditions. TSR-122E has been modified with a new binder to increase density, strength, absorption capacity and water resistance. TSR-122E is also shape optimized to provide maximum geometric packed surface area.

a high activity, maximum absorption capacity CuO/ZnO based sulfur removal catalyst for use in LNG, CO2 , natural gas, hydrocarbon streams both liquid or vapor phase up to naphtha density.

TSR-114

a high activity, maximum absorption capacity CuO/ZnO based sulfur removal catalyst for use in LNG, CO2 , natural gas, light hydrocarbon streams both liquid or vapor phase up to naphtha. The operating range for TSR-117 is 400 to 750o F.
