Kerosene Bender Units

UNICAT has recognized the need for a replacement catalyst technology for bender units that have been traditionally utilized for petrolite lead based catalyst for jet-fuel sweetening.

UNICAT's KSR-16 is a lead based catalyst with high activity and physical integrity similar to the original bender catalyst.

Selective Hydrogenation Catalyst

NIH-250

NIH-250 is a proprietary NiMO based catalyst used for selective hydrogenation of trace di-olefines and olefinic molecules in cracked naphtha or gasoline feedstocks.

NIH-1000

NIH-1000 is a Ni based hydrogenation catalyst used in the general saturation of cyclic chains (such as benzene) to hexane type products.

PDH-10

PDH-10 is used in the hydrogenation process of catalyst for selective removal of acetylene from the ethylene feedstock. This product is similar to Sud Chemie G-58C series.

PDH-20

PDH-20 is a hydrogenation catalyst used for butadiene and propadienes in refining applications. This product is similar to Axens technology LD-265.

Polymtrization

Polycat II

Polycat II is UNICAT's innovative solid Phosphoric Acid catalyst technology for cat poly units in oligamerization reaction using propylene and butylene stock similar to UOP SPA-1/SPA-2 but has a much better retention of physical catalyst strength.

Sulfuric Acid

UNICAT's line of sulfuric acid catalyst is available in high and low temperature applications. It is also available in fluted rings or daisy shaped configurations for low pressure drop.
