HT-10R

HT-10R are inert rings used for grading purposes in traditional hydrotreating or filter reactor service.

HT-75

HT-75 is a standard CoMo hydrotreating catalyst for hydrodesulfurization of natural gas, off-gas, heavy gas, light liquid hydrocarbon services with 1-200 ppm sulfur range.

HT-76

HT-76 is UNICAT’s NiMo Catalyst for hydro-desulfurization, HDN, and heavy metal removal for use in Gas services typically seen in Ammonia, Methanol, Hydrogen plant service.

HT-75HSA

HT-75HSA is used by UNICAT as a technical answer for HDS application in Ammonia, Methanol and or Syn Gas applications where the Gas Space velocity across the HDS reactor are very high (>5000 1/hour) and where there is a need for COS conversion.

HT-80R

HT-80R is an active Molybdenum promoted Hydrotreating bed grading ring shaped catalyst for HDS applications.

HT-85

HT-85 is UNICAT’s light Hydro-desulfurization catalyst for straight run naphtha, Kerosene, Jet Fuel or light distillate service.

HT-85R

HT-85R is a standard ring shaped CoMo hydro treating catalyst for bed grading requirements in modern hydrotreators of all applications and as a low pressure drop alternative in Syn Gas applications in lieu of HT-75 series.

HT-86

HT-86 is UNICAT’s NiMo based hydrotreating, HDS, and nitrogen removal catalyst for use in applications where a variety of functions are needed especially in Cracked Naphtha, olefin saturation reactors and other light hydrotreating services.

HT-86R

HT-86R is an active NiMo promoted active ring shaped catalyst for bed grading applications in all refining Hydroprocessing reactors.

HT-88R

HT-88R is an active Ni based high pore volume Arsine Removal ring for operation in top layer of Hydroprocessing applications where pressure drop and metal trapping is required.

HT-95

HT-95 is a high activity HDS CoMo hydrotreating catalyst for hydro-desulphurization of diesel, gasoline and other hydrocarbon refinery streams.

Silica Removal

NSR-120

NSR-120 is a proprietary NiMo based catalyst used for protection of main bed hydrotreating catalyst fro Si poisoning.

De-Metallization

MR-1P

MR-1P is a proprietary NiMo based catalyst with ultra high pore volume to trap and remove PPM levels of metal such as Ni,as, or Vanadium from full range of hydrocarbon feed-stocks in modern day hydrotreating reactors.

NSR-119

NSR-119 is a proprietary Ni based catalyst used for removal of AS & Mercury.

Olefine Saturation

NIH-250

NIH-250 is a proprietary NiMo based catalyst used for selective hydrogenation of trace Di-olefines and olefinic molecules in cracked naphtha or gasoline feedstock.

HT-82R, 83R, 84R

The HT-82R/83R/84R series of NiMo promoted rings have been specially developed by UNICAT for those hydroprocessing applications where controlled olefin saturation within the bed grading is of critical importance to mitigate uncontrolled polymerization and or thermal coking. These rings have a subtle and yet mild progression of catalytic activity.
