Sulfur Removal

SR-101C

A specialty Fe2O3-based H2S removal product used for the desulphurization of natural gas, off-gas, air, or landfill gas.

SR-109

SR-109 is our standard zinc oxide product to be used in desulfurization of natural gas, light naphtha, off-gas, and light hydrocarbons at an operating temperature range of >400 F.

SR-110C

SR-110C is a high porosity and higher surface area ZnO catalyst for removal of H2S and COS in lower to medium temperature applications.

SR-111

UNCAT SR-111 is a high density and high purity version zinc oxide product to be used in desulfurization of natural gas, light naphtha, off-gas, and light hydrocarbons at an operating temperature range of 600 F to 750 F.

MYD-600

MYD-600 is best utilized in the very bottom of MYDREX reformers where an ultra strong product is needed with minimal activity.

MYD-604

MYD-604 is a medium activity Ni reforming catalyst for use in MYDREX reformers. It is best suited for use in the middle to lower section of the reformer.

MYD-604L

MYD-604L was developed primarily as the medium activity catalyst for use in the middle to the lower section of MYDREX reformers which have the potential heavier HC feed gas content.

MYD-608

MYD-608 is the high activity MYDREX catalyst UNICAT produces and it is intended for the top to middle section of the DRI low pressure, low S/C reformer.

MYD-610

MYD-610 is the very high activity MYDREX catalyst UNICAT produces and it is intended for the very top section of the DRI low pressure, low S/C reformer.

NG-610-6H

Unicat’s NG-610-6H is a nickel based catalyst with an alpha alumina carrier for primary steam reforming units in hydrogen, ammonia, SynGas and methanol plants.

NG-611-6H

NG–611-6H series catalysts are Ni-based catalysts for primary reformers for operation in low S/C, high CO2 recycle, or heavy HC feed-stocks.

NG-612

NG–612-6H are a line of slightly potash promoted Ni based steam reforming catalyst with the added benefit of an alkali based carrier for top layer loading in primary reformers with Natural Gas feedstocks with higher wt% of C2-C6.
