Hydro-Desulfurization

UNICAT's line of Hydro-Desulfurization catalysts have been designed and meticulously conjucted to suit your every need.

HT-75

HT-75 is a standard CoMo hydrotreating catalyst for hydrodesulfurization of natural gas, off-gas, heavy gas, light liquid hydrocarbon services with 1-200 ppm sulfur range.

HT-76

HT-76 is a NiMO based hydrotreating, HDS, and nitrogen removal catalyst for use as full bed loading for gas, heavy gas, town gas, LPG, up to straight run naphtha, or cracked Naphtha.

HT-75HSA

HT-75HSA is used by UNICAT as a technical answer for HDS application in Ammonia, Methanol and or Syn Gas applications where the Gas Space velocity across the HDS reactor are very high (>5000 1/hour) and where there is a need for COS conversion.

HT-85R

HT-85R is a standard ring shaped CoMo hydro treating catalyst for bed grading requirements in modern hydrotreators of all applications and as a low pressure drop alternative in Syn Gas applications in lieu of HT-75 series.

HT-86R

HT-86R is an active NiMo promoted active ring shaped catalyst for bed grading applications in all refining Hydroprocessing reactors.

Purification

SR-109

SR-109 is our standard zinc oxide product to be used in desulfurization of natural gas, light naphtha, off-gas, and light hydrocarbons at an operating temperature range of >400 F .

SR-110

SR-110 is a high surface area ZnO catalyst for removal of H2S and light mercaptens in applications that have design limitations due to high GSV ( Gas Space Velocity) and or require higher surface are due to lower thermodynamic conditions.

SR-110C

SR-110C is a high porosity and higher surface area ZnO catalyst for removal of H2S and COS in lower to medium temperature applications.

SR-111

UNCAT SR-111 is a high density and high purity version zinc oxide product to be used in desulfurization of natural gas, light naphtha, off-gas, and light hydrocarbons at an operating temperature range of 600 F to 750 F.

CR-20

CR-20 is a highly causticized high performance activated alumina chloride removal catalyst to be used in the dechlorination of natural gas, naphtha, off-gas, and light liquid hydrocarbons used in production of syn-gas such as ammonia and hydrogen.

CR-55

CR-55 is a high performance zinc oxide-calcium oxide product to be used in the dechlorination of natural gas, naphtha, off-gas, and light liquid hydrocarbons. Its operating range is ambient to 400 F.

CO Shift

HS-500

HS-500 is an exceptionally active and strong High Temperature Shift product to be used in the shifting of CO to CO2 in reformed synthetic gas in ammonia, hydrogen, and or other CO rich gas streams.

LS-402

LS-402 is the next generation UNICAT CuO/ZnO Low Temperature Shift catalyst to be used in the shifting of CO to CO2 in reformed synthetic gas in ammonia and or hydrogen plants.

LS-402

LS-402 is the next generation UNICAT CuO/ZnO Low Temperature Shift catalyst to be used in the shifting of CO to CO2 in reformed synthetic gas in ammonia and or hydrogen plants.

LS-402LM

LS-402LM is a Cesium promoted CuO/ZnO Low Temperature Shift product to be used in the shifting of CO to CO2 in reformed synthetic gas in ammonia and hydrogen plants where significant by-product formation of MeOH is not desirable.

LS-401CG

LS-401CG is a standard CuO/ZnO/Cr2O3 Low Temperature Shift product to be used as the Cl guard layer on top of UNICAT’s advanced LS-402/402LM series of active LTS catalyst.

AFS-1025HA

The AFS-1025HA is an Inert high alumina filtration disk uniquely shaped and optimized to eliminate problems due to pressure drop and/or provide distribution on top of modern day Hydrotreating reactors.

Methanation

MC-710

MC-710 is a Ni-based methanation catalyst, which comes in the standard oxidized version and exhibits high thermal stability, and high methanation activity.

MC-710R

MC-710R is a Ni-based methanation catalyst, which has been pre-reduced in controlled environments by UNICAT prior to delivery.

Reforming

NG-610-6H

Unicat’s NG-610-6H is a nickel based catalyst with an alpha alumina carrier for primary steam reforming units in hydrogen, ammonia, SynGas and methanol plants.

NG-611-6H

NG–611-6H series catalysts are Ni-based catalysts for primary reformers for operation in low S/C, high CO2 recycle, or heavy HC feed-stocks.

NG-612-6H

NG–612-6H are a line of slightly potash promoted Ni based steam reforming catalyst with the added benefit of an alkali based carrier for top layer loading in primary reformers with Natural Gas feedstocks with higher wt% of C2-C6.

NG-615-6H

NG–615-6H is a potash promoted Ni based steam reforming catalyst with the added benefit of an alkali based carrier for top layer loading in primary reformers in operation in with heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks such as LPG/Propane/Butane.

NG-615-4K

NG–615-4K is a specialty formulated highly alkalized carrier Ni based steam reforming catalyst for top layer loading in primary reformers in operation with naphtha feed stock.

NGPR-1

NGPR-1 is a standard high activity pre-reformer with Mg Aluminate carrier and > 25% Ni content. It is designed only for Heavy NG applications and is active as low as 800 F (>430 C) for reforming reactions.

NPGR-2

NGPR-2 is a high activity pre-reformer catalyst that is based on high Ni content and is designed for medium to heavy HC service applications and is active as low as 740 F (385 C) for reforming reactions.
