Unicat supplies the full line of adsorbents for the complete PSA loading and operation in modern industrial plants. The primary PSA applications Unicat supplies are H2 purification and Hydrocarbon recovery systems. UNICAT PSA adsorbents are currently in use in more than 20 units world-wide.

Unimol PSA-5

UNICAT’s UNIMOL PSA-5 molecular sieve adsorbents are made with the Calcium-Sodium form of the zeolitic structure with a 5 angstrom opening.

UNICARBON HRU PSA

UNICAT type HRU is a Standard density activated carbon manufactured from bituminous carbon by high temperature steam activation under rigidly controlled conditions.

WR-11

UNICAT WR-11 is a standard high performance, high porosity, high surfaced area activated alumina product to be used in the removal of water and water vapor from gas streams.

UNICARBON 4GRS

UNICATS 4GRS series of purification carbons are designed by ultra specialty treated granular activated carbon, which is suitable in a wide range of applications such as purification of natural gas, industrial process organic liquids, and heavy hydrocarbon recovery in PSA units.

UNICAT WR-11 is a standard high performance, high porosity, high surfaced area activated alumina product to be used in the removal of water and water vapor from gas streams.

UNIMOL 3A

UNICAT’s UNIMOL 3A-EDG molecular sieve absorbents are made with the Potassium - Sodium form of the zeolitic structure with a 3 angstrom opening. The 3A form is perfectly suited for dehydration services in various services such as gas, ethylene, propylene, ethanol, methanol, etc.

UNIMOL 4A

UNICAT's UNIMOL series of 4A molecular sieve absorbents are made for general purpose refining, gas, chemical operations where there is aneed to absorb water, methanol, ethanol, hydrogen sulfide, CO2, C2, and C3 from different gas/liquid media. It absorbs all particles smaller than 4 angstroms.

UNIMOL 5A

UNICAT’s UNIMOL series of 5A molecular sieve adsorbents are made with the calcium form of the zeolitic structure. Type 5A will adsorb those molecules having a critical diameter of less than five angstroms.
