High Activity – High Pressure Sour Shift

SS-455
SS-455 is an ultra high activity combined
with high crush strength Sour Shift Catalyst product to be used in the shifting
of CO to CO2 in gasified gas in Coal gasification processes with high sulfur
content operating at high pressures. Its intended to operate
in the first stage reactor of these systems and Its operating range is to 400-800
F (typically 650-700 F). It has
excellent post reduction crush strength and is highly resistant to steam and or
water condensation problems that occur regularly in such reactors. It
can easily handle H2S content of 2000-5000 ppm in the
syn-gas loop.
