Sponge Raney Nickel Catalyst for Hydrogenation Reactions

UNICAT RNC series of Sponge Raney Nickel Catalyst are designed for a wide variety of hydrogenation reactions in the chemical industry. The products are primarily made to order using the clients’ specific requirements of Ni content, promoter content such as Mo, Cr, Fe, Cu and Co and grain size. Product is typically delivered in 200 lbs drums with 100 lbs of catalyst submersed in 100 lbs of water.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Ni: 82-88%, Alumina 4-10%.

Promoters Available: Mo, Cr, Fe, Cu, Co from 1-3%.

Grain Size in Microns : Typically available in :

30-35 / 40-60 / 60-80 / 110-150 / > 150

Packaging: 200 lbs steel drums with 50/50 catalyst / water
