NSR-116 is a proprietary Ni-based catalyst used for sulfur and As removal from naphtha, hydrocarbon stream of all types, off-gas, LNG, propane, ethane, propylene, and ethylene in refineries, ammonia, methanol, specialty gas, etc plants. This product is to be used to remove H2S, mercapten, disulfides, COS, thiophenic, and other high molecular weight sulfur species including As at ambient up to 400 F. The product is sensitive to trace levels and can at optimum conditions remove up to 12-18 wt% of these impurities. It is provided both in pre-reduced and stabilized state.

Bulk Density: 68 lbs/cuft ( oxidized). 60 lbs/cuft reduced and stabilized

Optimum Operating Temperature: Ambient – 200 C (32-400 F)

Sulfur Capacity: > 3-18 wt% basis oxidized or pre-reduced / inlet conditions

Sulfur inlet levels: 20 ppb - 5 ppm (max)

Shape: 5*5 mm or 4* 3 mini tablet

Crush Strength: > 29 lbsf (normal tablet)

Surface Area: > 80-100 m2/g

Pore Volume: 0.25-0.4
