DMT-1500 Selective Dehydrogenation Catalyst

DMT-1500 is designed for dehydrogenation of low paraffin
products C4-C5 in fluidized bed reactors and in the dehydrogenation of low
saturated hydrocarbons to olefins commonly used in petrochemical plants. Reactions
such as isobutane to isobutene or isopentane
to isoamylene dehydrogenation are promoted by
DMT-1500, where the olefins are used as the main feedstocks
in production of butadiene and isoprene.
Its physical-chemical properties and catalytic performance are much
better than that of conventional industrial catalyst produced by companies such
as Topsoe and Englehard. This
product is in use in two large scale industrial MTBE plants currently.
