Claus Catalyst

CCS-12 is a standard high performance, high porosity, high surfaced area activated alumina product to be used in the formation of elemental sulfur from Claus tail gas units.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Al2O3: > 98 %, Na2O: 0.4%, SiO2: 0.25-0.3%, Fe2O3: 0.04%.

Bulk Density: 40-44 lbs/cuft

Shape: 4-6 mm white sphere

Surface Area: >220 M2/g

Crush Strength: > 30 lbs

Porosity: > 0.4 ml/g

L.O.I. : 7 % max
