Ammonia Synthesis Catalyst

AS-110 & AS-110R are extremely active, versatile, and robust ammonia synthesis catalysts used for modern day ammonia plants. They are each very active at lower temperatures and exhibit high thermal stability.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Appearance: Irregular black magnetic particles with metallic luster

Sizes: 1/5-3mm, 2.2-3.33 mm, 3.3.-4.7 mm, 4.7-6.7 mm, 6.7-9.4 mm, 9.4-13 mm

Density: 2.7-3 (160-180 lbs/cuft) kg/liter for AS-110 & 2.0-2.3 kg/liter (124-140 lbs/cuft) for AS-110R

Ingredients: Magnetite with Al2O3, K2O, CaO as promoter

Activity: NH3 concentration after first pass > 14.1% typical

Operational temperature range: 360-530 C

Operational Pressure range: 10-35 MPa

Space velocity: 1-5*10000
